- Only abstracts submitted by current students or those who graduated after May 2023 are eligible for nomination.
- After the review process, the five highest-scoring student projects will be selected for the award.
- Any published papers derived from the submitted abstracts will be scored by the congress scientific committee, increasing the chances of nomination.
- Students are encouraged to submit any published papers derived from their projects during the abstract submission.
- Submission of a scanned copy of the student card or a recommendation letter from their thesis supervisor is mandatory.
